I've wanted to make a headband like this for some time!
It's super easy, hope you give it a try!
You will need: beads, needle, thread,
super glue, scissors, old headband, ribbon, tulle, cups, paper, and a marker. The ribbon and tulle I got at the dollar store.
Trace circles of two different sizes onto your tulle. I used the top and bottom of a cup. (Make sure to use a whiteboard marker if you ever want to use the cups again.) Cut the tulle on the lines you drew. I made 6 circles of each size.
Fold the larger circles in half and then half again. Sew the pieces together one on top of the other. Space the folded circles to form a circle. For the smaller circles, I put one on the bottom without folding it and the rest on top, some folded and the others not. Sew the circles together
Sew on the beads. I used fishing line for this part so it would be less noticeable.
Super glue the ribbon on the headband. I put glue every couple inches. Then super glue the flower where it looks best.
P.S. Sorry about the not so great quality photos, my camera's kind of old.
