Encouraging Word


We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.
Merriam Webster dictionary says a definition for hope is to expect with confidence : trust
Trust.
Trust in God.
Trust in God with all your soul.
Today I start my first class at Bethel and I need to remember to trust in God. By having the anchor, I will not worry.

    This reminds me of the lyrics of one of my favourite songs.
    "The Anchor holds, though the ship is battered, The Anchor holds, though the sail is torn..."

    With God as our hope, we can look forward to tomorrow!
